2. Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases made with Creed Branson, Clarity Coach DBA Total Quality Leadership, Clarity Coaching are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, the Client forfeits any right to request a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services, change of mind, or failure to use the service.

We recommend that you review all details of the services, including pricing and deliverables, before making a purchase.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are aware of and agree to this non-refundable policy.

3. Client’s Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the Client to read and understand these Terms of Service before making a payment.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms.

We are not liable for any misunderstanding, misinterpretation, or failure to read these Terms by the Client.

4. Service Description

Our services, including but not limited to coaching, consulting, and messaging communications, are described on our website (www.creedbranson.com) and/or other platforms.

Any description of the service constitutes an agreement between Creed Branson, Clarity Coach and the Client.

No changes, modifications, or adjustments to the agreed services will be made unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.

5. Messaging & Communication Policy

Messaging Use Case

We send text message communications to clients, including:

Appointment reminders

Client support updates

Promotions and offers

Sample Messages include:

“Hi [First Name], your appointment at Clarity Coaching is confirmed for [Date/Time]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

“Hi [First Name], here’s your reminder for your coaching session tomorrow at [Time]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

“Hi [First Name], we have a special offer for you this week at Clarity Coaching! Click here: [Link] Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

Opt-In

Customers provide explicit permission to receive text messages via Facebook lead forms. By submitting their information through our forms, customers agree to receive text message communications from us.

Opt-Out

All messages include opt-out instructions: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

Monthly Volume

We send an estimated 100–1000 messages per month.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Client to review the latest version of these Terms before making a payment. Continued use of our services following any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creed Branson, Clarity Coach shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
